5 Reasons I’m Switching from
WordPress to FEA Create

Introduction

For the past few years, I've used WordPress to build websites. But now that I have a better understanding of what's out there and what each option offers, it's time for me to move on—and I've found a new all-in-one solution that I love!

I'm moving from WordPress to FEA Create

Whereas WordPress is a general-purpose website builder and content management system, FEA Create is so much more, it's an all-in-one marketing platform specifically designed to help you get seen online, turn those views into paying clients and then nurture those clients to keep your business going strong!

I have always been a little wary of all-in-one solutions, having used Kajabi & finding myself getting very frustrated, I was naturally sceptical when a friend suggested checking out FEA Create, the new platform from the Female Entrepreneur Association.

After doing some research and finding out more about the platform and the structure behind it I was intrigued! Could it really live up to the promises on the sales page?

I signed up for a free trial and dived straight in and here are five reasons why I decided to make the switch.

The FEA Create Built in Website Builder

This is a must if you're looking for an alternative to WordPress but what I really like is the user-friendly interface. There is a short learning curve on the website builder but once you get to grips with the basics, set up your own branded template page (using the supplied template as a starting point) it makes creating new pages a breeze.

My clients are primarily Wellness Coaches, course creators & professionals, and the website builder has everything they would need to build a site to help them attract more clients.

The pages are all mobile responsive which is critical if you want to get seen on Google & it's easy to make a mobile-specific version of your website too if you prefer. You can even add custom code to your site if you need additional functionality.

The only area where the platform needs some improvements right now is mobile page speed —the pages can be a bit slow to load on mobile devices. But I'm sure this will get better as they continue to improve the platform.

FEA Create SEO Features

We all know how important search engine optimization (SEO) is for online businesses, and the platform has built-in SEO capabilities that make it easier than ever for you to optimize your site for Google and other search engines.

The website and landing page builders have built-in prompts & functionality that prompt you to add things such as your page title & description.

The funnel builder even allows you to carry out A/B testing where you can make small tweaks to your sales checkout page and thank you page and see which pages perform the best.

This is a really powerful feature and to have it built into the platform is fantastic, there's so much power in the funnel builder without needing different plugins as you would in WordPress.

With data and reports to help you tweak, improve and uplevel your SEO efforts, you’ll be able to see how your site is performing. This can help you identify areas that need improvement and make changes accordingly.

One of the key reasons why I'm switching from WordPress to FEA Create is the powerful email marketing system that FEA Create offers and it's built right into the platform.

FEA Create is built on the High-Level platform which is always coming out with great new features. I appreciate the fact that it's constantly being updated with new features and improvements to the user experience, which gives me confidence in its longevity. Every month there are new features and improvements to the user experience and back end.

Compared to WordPress, which can require a lot of plugins to get the same functionality, the platform has everything I need built-in. This not only makes my life easier by eliminating the need for multiple plugins, but it also means that the platform is more secure and less prone to conflicts between plugins.

Additionally, the drag-and-drop features in the website & funnel builder is much more user-friendly than WordPress's interface, which can be quite intimidating for beginners.

4. The Community - The FEA Create community is a great place to connect with other entrepreneurs using the platform

The FEA Create community is amazing and one of the biggest bonuses of the platform! When you join FEA Create you get access to the private Facebook group with other like-minded entrepreneurs building their businesses using FEA Create.

With regular posts to encourage engagement, it's been wonderful to see women celebrating others' success and building collaborations that have helped grow their business. As I offer 1:1 FEA Create setup services I've also found it a great place to connect with clients and offer help & support where I can.

5. The Support - FEA Create's support team are responsive, friendly & so helpful

Whilst we are on the subject of support, I've left the best until last. The FEA Create support team is incredible and are on hand to help with any questions. As well as the knowledge base & regular tech support calls, the support team are available to help get through any technical issues.

There is a bit of a learning curve with FEA Create (as with any platform), but once you get the basics set up the platform is fairly easy to use. The support team is also very responsive and has been able to provide me with help when required.

With WordPress, I often felt very alone during my learning process and wasted many hours bumbling through trying to figure out the tech.

You can even hire a professional (such as myself) to get everything set up - allowing you to concentrate on what you do best. If you are able to, I would definitely suggest doing this as getting some help with the setup will allow you to move forward more quickly and start maximising your results from the platform straight away.

In Conclusion

I can honestly say that FEA Create has transformed my, and many of my client's businesses. Allowing us to grow our audience, increase conversions into clients and have an online business we can be proud of.
